As mentioned under the header “Entrepreneurship”, I am the co-founder of the Brand Humanizing Institute and the co-create of the term “Brand Humanizing”. Back in 2017 Jonathan Flores and I were discussing our work, our common interest in human behavior and the future of technology. We quickly came to the conclusion that we foresaw some major challenges for organizations when it comes to Artificial Intelligence, Automation, and the use of Human Capital. We felt we wanted to work on a “human way of working in a digital world” and hence we coined the term Brand Humanizing. Currently, we are a part of the Dutch AI Coalition and the European AI Alliance. The Brand Humanizing Institute is the main company and the official holder of the term.
